The four huts

...where you have complete privacy in both summer and winter.

Four cabins on a 12-hectare property at an altitude of 1600 meters – places where you can hear the silence, feel yourself arriving, and where the mountains stand guard. Time simply moves a little slower here, and you have complete privacy.

Bishop's Hut

It all started with this cabin. It's our oldest hut, brimming with alpine charm in its 110 m². Alpine tranquility begins right at the doorstep.

The wood crackles in the stove, the fountain in front of the door babbles, and you hear nothing but the snow under your feet or the mooing of the cows in summer.

Milleniumshütte

Continuing along the path, you'll come to the second hut, the Millennium Hut – 110 m² in size. It's not uncommon to see one of our horses peering through the windows here.

Moments that allow us to feel the changing seasons are practically guaranteed here.

Panoramahütte

It's rare to get this close to the snow, and then there's this panorama over the mountains of southern Carinthia.

Here too, 110 m2 are just waiting to be used entirely privately, for taking time out to count stars or watch deer.

Schwammerlhütte

A warm tiled stove, a cooking stove and the wood for it are available - but you can also lend a hand yourself.

Adventure and retreat. Silence and loud laughter. Plenty of space here too, over 110 m². This is our mushroom cabin.

Good to know ...

Ski-in & Ski-Out

Start directly from the cabin onto the slopes. Of course, only when there's good snow cover – which is almost always the case.

Electricity & Water

The well in front of the house. The wood in front of the cabin. Everything is there for a cabin holiday and cozy warmth.

Private with plenty of space

You have complete privacy in the cabin, but you can also be with all your friends or extended family.

Animals

Pets are welcome upon request. But the real stars are the alpine animals that roam around the cabins.
