Pets

Pets are allowed upon request and cost €30 per pet per stay. Please note that we are located on an alpine pasture and our grazing animals also spend their summer here.

 

Final cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the price. However, should the property be excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge you €50 after your stay.

 

Electricity

Electricity is billed separately at €0.45 per kWh, depending on consumption, and is not included in the price. On average, electricity consumption amounts to between €50 and €80 per week in summer and between €100 and €120 per week in winter.

 

Bed linen and towels
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

 

Parking spaces

Free parking is available for our guests at the Klippitztörl car park. Please note, however, that since 2026 a parking fee has been charged in undesignated parking areas, starting after just 10 minutes.

 

Cancellation policy

From one week before the arrival date, as well as in case of no-show, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total arrangement price.

From one month to one week before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total package price.

From 3 months to one month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total package price.

No cancellation fee up to 3 months before the arrival date.

 

Booking guarantee

The deposit is 40% of the total amount and is due within 14 days. The remaining balance is due one month before departure. IBAN: AT28 3949 1000 0003 6814

 

Steer

The local tourist tax is €2.70 per adult per day and will be charged upon departure. Please note that from November 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €4.50 per person aged 17 and over per day.
